Lunch & Learn – can you really transform the way you manage stress in a lunch break?

Yes, you can! The human body and mind are incredibly complex, but the instructions we send our brains are pretty simple. Over lunch, we’ll explore how modern life pressures and technological noise impact our brain, and why. We’ll also look at the science behind stress and resilience training, and how it can change the impacts of stress and overwhelm in a few seconds.

Just one of the great things about the lunch and learn sessions is that we can make a tangible, and lasting impact in less than 60 minutes.

This one-hour workshop is perfect for groups of up to 12 people and can be delivered online, in the workplace, or for a business group at a location of your choice.
